• How do the active asset limits work?

  Your plan is based on the number of active (non-archived) assets you track. You can archive assets at any time to free up capacity, and upgrade as you grow. Archiving never deletes anything: an archived asset keeps its full calibration history and audit trail.

• Can I try Axiospec before committing?

  Yes, that is how every workspace starts. Create a free account and your first 45 days run on Professional with no credit card: import your registry with the self-serve tool and run a real audit-pack export on your own data right away. When the 45 days end, subscribe to a paid tier (Starter, Professional, Scale) or simply continue on the Free plan: $0, 50 active assets, unlimited users, free forever. You do not have to load it yourself: send us whatever your old system gives you and we will set it up, free on every plan including Free.

• Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

  Yes, on annual plans. We send a Stripe invoice with net 30 terms and your PO number on it, payable by ACH bank transfer or check. Email support@axiospec.com with the plan you want and your PO number, and the invoice comes back the same day. Monthly billing stays card-based. Card checkout also accepts ACH Direct Debit if your company prefers bank payment without the paperwork.

• What happens if I exceed my asset limit?

  We will notify you as you approach your limit. You can archive assets or upgrade your plan to add capacity. We never delete data or block access without warning. Tracking more than 5,000 active assets? We offer custom Enterprise plans, just contact us.

• Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

  Yes. Choose Yearly above and you pay for ten months instead of twelve, which is two months free versus paying monthly.

• How do I get started?

  Get started free on the Free plan and your workspace is ready immediately, no credit card and no sales call. Send us whatever your old system gives you and we will load your register for you, free on any plan and usually within a couple of business days. Or import it yourself with the built-in tool. Need more capacity? Subscribe to any paid tier and check out directly.

• Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?

  No setup or maintenance fees, and no long-term contracts. Month-to-month or annual, your choice. Cancel anytime from your account settings.

• How do I get my existing data into Axiospec?

  The easiest way is to let us do it. Send whatever your current system gives you, one file or ten, tidy or not, and we map and load it for you, usually within a couple of business days. That is free on every plan, including Free. If you would rather do it yourself, the built-in import tool maps CSV, Excel and legacy exports (GAGEpack, GAGEtrak) with inline validation and a preview.
