What we will not do

- No exclusivity is demanded, in either direction.
- Cancel anytime with a single email. Referrals already made keep paying out.
- We never claim the software makes anyone certified or compliant. That depends on your processes, scope, and assessor.
One honest requirement
Tell clients about the relationship when you recommend us. If you take the referral share, US FTC rules require disclosing it. Even on the no-fee track, a one line disclosure keeps your recommendation trustworthy. Use the line that matches your track, or reword it however you like as long as the connection stays clear.

Common questions
How and when do I get paid?
Quarterly, within 45 days of the quarter close. US partners are paid by ACH. Partners outside the US are paid by international wire in local currency where available, and we cover the conversion. All amounts on this page, including the cap and the minimum, are in US dollars. The amount you receive depends on the exchange rate on the payment date and on any fee your own bank charges to receive the wire. A completed W-9, or W-8BEN if you are outside the US, is required before any payout. You enter your bank details directly in the payment platform, never by email. The referral share is 20 percent of what your client pays in their first 12 paid months, capped at 494.64 dollars per customer, plus a one-time 50 dollar bonus on your first converted referral. There is a 25 dollar minimum that rolls over if you are under it, and it is waived on your first payout so a single referral never sits waiting.
What counts as a referral?
A new customer who signs up with your code or link and becomes paid. It does not include anyone who currently holds or has ever held a paid Axiospec subscription, self-referrals, companies under common ownership with you, or reciprocal referrals between partners. One partner is credited per customer, fixed at their first paid conversion.
Which countries can my clients be in?
Anywhere except Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus and Egypt, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. The same applies to where you are based. We already pay partners outside the US by international wire.
What is the independence track?
If you would rather not take a commission, choose the independence track at enrollment. You receive no fees, ever, in writing, and your client gets a 20 percent first-year discount instead of 10. You still get a free partner workspace. Some partners prefer this so their recommendation stays visibly neutral.
Do I have to disclose the relationship?
Yes, and we give you the wording. US FTC rules (16 CFR 255.5) require clearly disclosing a material connection when you recommend a product you earn from. Even on the independence track, a one line disclosure keeps your recommendation trustworthy. We never ask for incentivized public reviews.
Can I use the Axiospec name and logo?
Yes, to identify that you are a program participant, per a short brand sheet we provide. Not on Axiospec domains, and not as a paid search keyword. Posting your code to coupon or deal-aggregator sites is not allowed, and we may rotate a code that shows up on one.
